Through individualised, local, community-based support we remove barriers, increase life choices, and empower people to have meaningful relationships and connections.The Opportunity:The purpose of this role is to provide sound advice and support to the operating division on a broad range of HR policies and practices.
The P&C Advisor will work closely with key stakeholders, develop an understanding of the business drivers and respond with appropriate operational human resource solutions.You will be responsible for, but not limited to:Build strong relationships with internal teams and external bodiesOffer guidance on workplace relations, policies, remuneration, and conditionsManage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolutionImplement a collaborative approach to staff disciplinary procedures and conflict resolutionCoach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-buildingDeliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processesPromote a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with Claro's valuesTo be successful in this role you will have:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (preferred)Proven experience in a HR business partnering role within a matrix environmentExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsKnowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and complianceHigh organisational skills with attention to detailAdditional Requirements:Current National Police CheckNDIS Worker Screening CheckEvidence of current work rights in AustraliaWhat's in it for you:Opportunity to work for a rapidly growing disability providerFriendly team environment with a great community care spiritEmployee Assistance Program for staff and their familiesFlexible work initiatives for real work-life-balance including a fortnightly rostered day offEmployee of the monthShine AwardsWhereFit - Fitness perks and discountsNovated vehicle leasingHow to applyTo apply select the 'apply' button below and you will be redirected to our website to commence your application.Please note: Candidates may be shortlisted and interviewed prior to closing date, apply today
