**About the role**:
The **Instore Field** **Trainer** is responsible for training our Snooze teams in all our retail initiatives. Our store are situated within the **NSW/ACT territory**.

Product knowledge, store compliance in all areas of operational activity, and ensuring the health and safety of all staff and customers are paramount.

Exceptional training ensures our retail teams deliver an awesome retail experience to our customers, continuing to ensure Snooze is a market leader in its field.

The objective of this role is to maximise our customer satisfaction by developing and partnering with our retail teams in all areas of sales, leadership, point of sale and Snooze project initiatives.

Delivering a quality training program will mean leading from the front, and this may include working in our retail stores on occasion.

The successful **Instore Field** **Trainer** will be an inspiring, influential communicator, self-starter with a passion for lifelong learning and a strong desire to develop our people to their full potential.

You will be based in Sydney, however, travel within your region, interstate and overnight travel will be required. You will need an economical vehicle and receive a Vehicle Allowance with this role.

**You will have**:

- Minimum: Qualification in Certificate IV Training & Assessment required
- A sales training background with corporate retail management experience, including leadership training
- Experience in point of sale technology and training, i.e. Pronto is highly desirable
- Experience in the training rollout of new systems
- Be well-practiced in facilitating training workshops
- Experience in retail sales and working with Franchise Partners is advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to create and design sophisticated training materials and resources
- A background demonstrating strong customer service skills
- A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent time management - be highly organised
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Teams to deliver virtual training
- Be professionally presented with a can-do attitude
- Own a car and a current and valid Australian driver's licence

(Please note you will be required to provide a current National Police Check for this role due to the inherent requirements of the role )
