Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Breakfast Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Bacar Restaurant.
This role focuses exclusively on breakfast service, ensuring our guests start their day with exceptional hospitality and a memorable meal.
Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests, taking accurate orders and assisting with menu recommendations.
Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are maintained.
Anticipate guest needs, offering personalised service and upselling where appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment, following opening and service procedures.
Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure a seamless breakfast experience.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or hospitality experience (restaurant or café preferred).
A current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
The ability to work early morning shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A professional appearance and commitment to high service standards.
Knowledge of food safety practices (preferred).
