**The Company**:
My client, a leading manufacturer of equipment and systems for chemical fluid metering and monitoring, is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their team. They focus on the manufacture, supply, installation and service of Chemical Dosing and Water Treatment Systems, Progressive Cavity Pumps, Instrumentation and associated equipment. Role can be based in Sydney or on the Central Coast.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining the company's equipment in regional councils, water authorities, and commercial aquatic centers. You will travel within Sydney and surrounding regional areas, with a maximum stay of 2-3 nights away per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Servicing and maintaining company equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment faults
- Providing technical support to customers
- Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
- Completing service reports and other documentation

**Key Requirements**:

- Disconnect and Reconnect License highly desirable
- Qualified electrician, with experience with analysers and chemical dosing in the Water Treatment Industry or Aquatics Industry, with very good customer communication skills.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Willingness to travel to regional areas with some overnight stays
