**The role**:
As a Utility Coordinator, you will be part of our Sustainability Operations team managing utilities across one of our well-esteemed clients who has a Victorian property portfolio of ~300 sites. You will be responsible for utility coordination, data management, invoice validation, and reporting in support of our Client's ambitious Net Zero operations goal by 2045.
This role will have hybrid work arrangements - working 3 days in the office in Melbourne CBD and 2 days from home.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Maintain utility account and meter database with high accuracy
Process utility connections and disconnections for electricity, natural gas, and water
Validate invoices and prepare payment files for approval
Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Sustainability teams to resolve billing issues
Compile and upload consumption data to the IBM Envizi ESG Suite portal
Engage with utility representatives and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

**Requirements**:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance Science or related field
Prior experience in utilities and/or property management will be an added advantage
Sound Excel proficiency
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational abilities and self-motivation
