An opportunity now exists for a talented Desktop Support Analyst to join our national Technology team on a 3 month FTC from 1 July 2025.

The Desktop Support Analyst will help meet the firm's goals and objectives through the efficient delivery of hands-on technical support and assistance.

**Key responsibilities**:
As part of a national team, the Desktop Support Analyst will:

- Resolve and provide proactive support and attention to logged ticket requests
- Conduct installation, configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and software
- Manage staff movements and allocation of equipment as well as the purchasing, allocation and recording mobile phone and technology loan fleet
- Provide support on calls allocated from National Help desk and participate in technology projects
- Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation

**Required skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated desktop support experience ideally gained within a professional services environment
- Strong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client service
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Well organised with ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Displays resilience and positive attitude when faced with times of high pressure
- ITIL Foundation certificate
