Join us to head up our Engagement practice, reporting into the CIO and based in Technology you'll lead and drive the modernisation and simplification of the service. The Engagement Practice aims to provide a world class technology look and feel for our banking colleagues, partners and customers through identifying insights into how people use the Bank's products and services. Think of us as your 'go-to' team for what our customers, partners and business colleagues experience on the screen when accessing our products and services.

In this role you will get the opportunity to work with the newest technologies, mentor others to see them improve their skills, whilst also having access to learning and development platforms plus the opportunity to get certified in cloud technologies. **In this role, you'll get to**:
Lead the team to design, build and deliver all initiatives (transformation and compliance) as well as BAU within the Practice.
Champion Organisation Transformation objectives and ensure investment of key business stakeholders.
Develop and foster successful relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to enable effective execution of initiatives within a work Practice, using an enterprise lens.
Accountable for financial management of the practice and provide governance and reporting.
Identify risks and ensure appropriate management and escalation.

About you

You'll have previous experience in a role with ownership of customer/employee facing technology, ideally in banking.
The ability to lead large teams and represent technology transformation programs.
You'll be a supportive leader who understands the complexities involved in this space so you can provide necessary support to your team for them to deliver and thrive.
Capable and confident to engage, influence and collaborate with Senior Leaders and Executives across the enterprise, to build trusted and enduring relationships, contributing to performance outcomes and value realisation.
You'll bring a strategic customer focused lens with the ability to adapt in a regulated changing environment.
Extensive experience interpreting risk and compliance requirements and how they inform strategies, business planning and business decisions.
