About the Role

The Head of Technology is a leader of leaders and specialists spanning design, engineering, delivery and operations of technical solutions to deliver Sportsbet's portfolio and technical systems that underpin them. Additionally, the Head of Technology will also lead delivery through others in both other technology and commercial teams as part of project and program structures.

About You

• Expert in leading the design and delivery of platforms, capabilities and services supporting large scale eCommerce platforms
• Provide management of 24x7 production platform capabilities
• Excellent vendor management capabilities (including negotiation and contract management)
• Experience and proven knowledge in a range of delivery and operational methodologies and approaches (DevOps, Agile, Lean) with expertise in methodologies used at Sportsbet
• Proven success in managing significant change programs or managing organisations through change
• An accomplished Technology leader who has successfully led significant Technology initiatives and delivered transformational change
