In This Role, You Will
Lead coding and software development activities, including technical system design, manual and automated testing, and code reviews, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Contribute to application development practices by documenting specifications, building in-house knowledge, and advising on system infrastructure and integrations.
Support project management and delivery processes, including security, compliance, audit, and risk management activities, while driving innovation and automation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating open communication and working within cross-functional agile teams to achieve shared goals.
What Experience You Will Bring
Excellent knowledge of low-code technologies (Appian), Business Process Modelling (BPM), Oracle and SQL server databases, Java, Ruby/Python, Cucumber, Angular, .Net, integrations, APIs, Test Driven Development (TDD), and automated regression testing.
A strong track record of delivering timely and high-quality business solutions in a rapid development, test-and-learn environment.

Experience in applying cyber security principles, data governance, privacy, and compliance standards in application development.
The ability to work collaboratively, think innovatively, and develop creative solutions to complex challenges in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role; however, relevant tertiary qualifications in computer science, information technology, engineering or similar will be highly regarded.
