**Key Responsibilities**:

? Monitor quality process

? Lead and Supervise the Assembly Team to achieve daily production goals

? Promote open communication within the team through good leadership

? Train and develop team members to enhance their skills to ensure optimal performance

? Liaise with scheduling, warehousing, and molding departments to ensure a seamless production

process

**Skills & Qualifications**:
? Frontline Management will be considered an advantage
? Proven experience in developing people and elevating your team in a similar role
? Strong leadership and people management skills
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to problem solve
? Knowledge of WHS regulations and AS standards
? Understanding of QA processes
