**THE ROLE**

As Clinic Manager at fast-growing **Laser Clinics Australia The Glen**, you will play a pivotal role in the business, championing the customer journey. You will be responsible for driving our professional therapist team to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst growing clinic success through ongoing training and ensuring efficient clinic operations. Guiding our clients on the journey they seek will be of paramount importance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Plan and drive operational and retail excellence through:

- Making work a fun and fulfilling place to be
- Engaging, developing, training & motivating our current and future team members
- Building plans to review and grow our business
- Driving our marketing campaigns in clinic and on various social media platforms
- Driving standards in the day-to-day management of our clinic
- Achievement of agreed targets and KPIs

**YOUR TOOLKIT**

We are on the hunt for experienced people leaders, who have a passion for retail and, ideally, the beauty industry. With a desire to inspire, motivate and build a high-performing team that achieves operational excellence and delivers on clinic sales, KPIs and customer satisfaction:
Importantly, you will have at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail environment and a proven professional customer journey delivery with excellent service and a focus on achieving sales and service targets.
