Apprentice and Employment ConsultantIn this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of Apprentices and Trainees, guiding them from their first steps to successful completion.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.If you have a trade background, (it is an added bonus) we would love to hear from you

Company vehicle, phone, and laptopFlexible working arrangements: WFH, on the road, and in the officeCompetitive remuneration packageKey Responsibilities:Provide quality management, training and mentoring to a caseload of apprentices and trainees.Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.Market and promote Australian Apprenticeships within the region.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsConduct comprehensive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify top talent for our clients.Proactively identify emerging trends and market opportunities.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives and deliverables.Who you are:Proven experience in sales or business development, with a knack for relationship buildingExceptional communication and presentation skillsStrong understanding of employment needs, with apprentice mentoring experience highly regarded.Motivated, results-oriented individualInitiative, drive, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail.Requirements:Valid working with children check (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)Current drivers licenceCurrent National Police Check (within the last 12 months)Eligibility to work in Australia (Full working rights)This role requires an Australian Federal Police Check and a Working with Children Blue Card, which we will arrange for the successful applicant.About Us: Skill Hire is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing Register Training, Apprenticeship and Employment Services.
