Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Apprentice & Employment Specialist. This exciting role involves working with a diverse group of apprentices and trainees, guiding them through their journey from initial engagement to successful completion.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of management, training, and mentoring provided to apprentices and trainees.
  • Create and execute sales plans to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Promote Australian Apprenticeships within the region through effective marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Source, screen, and select top talent for clients through comprehensive recruitment processes.
  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment initiatives and outcomes.

Requirements

  • A current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A recent National Police Check (within the last 12 months).
  • Eligibility to work in Australia (full working rights).
