**About Us**:
Right at Home provides consumer-directed, in-home aged, disability, and nursing care services. Our new Newcastle Toronto office is in its establishment phase, and we're seeking a committed Care Manager (with current AHPRA registration) to champion our culture and values.
**Role Overview**:
As Care Manager you will:
- Lead clinical oversight and in-home assessments, creating and reviewing personalised care plans
- Recruit, train and mentor care staff, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance
- Manage rosters, KPIs and quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Build relationships with clients, families, healthcare partners, and local community organizations to support service growth and promote our services
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Clinical Leadership:
Ensure care delivery aligns with Right at Home policies and AHPRA standards
- Care Planning:
Conduct home visits, assess needs and develop care plans
- Team Development:
Recruit, train and manage staff on clinical competencies, and foster a supportive culture
- Quality & Compliance:
Monitor performance, investigate incidents and implement improvements
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with referral sources and coordinate client communications

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Health Science degree (essential); postgraduate or specialist certificates (desirable)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous quality improvement
**Preferred Skills**:
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Current AHPRA registration (RN, Physio or OT)
- Driver's license, comprehensively insured vehicle, and police clearance
- Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience in aged or community care
- Proven ability in assessment, care planning and team leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
