**The Role**:**
- This position offers experienced tele-interviewers autonomy and trust to deliver outstanding results. In addition to conducting high-quality interviews, the role includes cross-training within the underwriting function and a strong focus on relationship management. Working closely with advisors, you will provide critical insights to support underwriters.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:**
- Conduct comprehensive and high-quality tele-interviews with clients.
- Uphold and maintain compliance standards.
- Collaborate with advisors, offering valuable insights to underwriters to support decision-making processes.

**About You**:**
- A previous experience of 2 + years as a tele-interviewer in the life insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance underwriting processes.
- Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills.
- A demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- A genuine passion for the life insurance industry.
