Tele Interviewer Opportunity

This role offers an experienced tele-interviewer the autonomy to deliver outstanding results through comprehensive and high-quality interviews. In addition, the position includes cross-training within the underwriting function and a strong focus on relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough and professional tele-interviews with clients.
  • Maintaining compliance standards.
  • Collaborating with advisors to provide valuable insights to underwriters and support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a tele-interviewer in the life insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance underwriting processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • A genuine passion for the life insurance industry.
