**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Integration Manager, the Integration Program Specialist will proactively encourage critical discussions, engaging all CleanCo's functions, to comprehend all required elements needed to integrate new electricity generating capacity into the CleanCo enterprise and ensure each facet is examined from all angles. The Integration Program Specialist works as part of a multi-discipline group engaged in interrelated work, to deliver enterprise-wide integration of new generation assets.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based from our Brisbane office.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you must have:

- Tertiary degree in relevant or related discipline; Project Management, Business management discipline or significant relevant industry experience.
- Ability to facilitate and collaborate with others in a matrix style multi-disciplinary team
- Develop effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis activities in an operational environment.
- Project management and planning skills, including Microsoft Project administration.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Business Improvement highly desirable (Six Sigma, Lean, Agile).
- You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.
