**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking caring and committed people to support a 34-year-old female with Dermatomyositis to maintain her independence by helping her achieve daily activities such as:

- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:

- Monday, Friday & Saturday - 10:00 to 14:00**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker's Clearance or willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Childrens Check (paid) or willing to obtain.
