**In Home Care Educator - Woodburn**

**Northern Rivers In Home Care** is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and qualified Educator to support a 5-year-old child in Woodburn, NSW.

This role is perfect for an educator who is confident with early starts, enjoys working independently, and can provide consistent, nurturing care within the child's home environment.

**Position Details**:
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday
- **Morning Shift**: 5:45 am - 8:45 am
- **Afternoon Shift**: 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm
- **Minimum 3 hours paid per shift**

**Rate**: $38.00 per hour (Contractor role)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide safe and nurturing care in the child's home
- Support morning and afternoon routines
- Prepare light meals/snacks and engage the child in meaningful play
- Communicate regularly with the family and the IHC Support Team

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, ACECQA approved)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance
- ABN and Public Liability Insurance
- Medical clearance and PRODA ID
- Child Protection Training

- Public Liability Insurance (preferred)
