**The Opportunity**:
Our client, a well renowned Government Organisation is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to drive our Salesforce implementation, resolve production issues, and enhance their Salesforce products. If you have a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, hands-on experience in implementation, and expertise in tools like MS Office Suite, Confluence, and Appian, this role is tailored for you.

**The Role**:
As a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will be a key player in their Salesforce journey, responsible for:

- **Salesforce Enhancement**: Developing and supporting Salesforce implementation, resolving customer production issues, and enhancing Salesforce products.
- **User Collaboration**: Work closely with users to understand issues and requirements, designing solutions and projects based on Salesforce knowledge and personal experience.
- **Documentation**: Writing Salesforce functional design documents, development specifications, and user stories for all developments.
- **Configuration and Testing**: Configuring, testing, and supporting the handover of Salesforce functionality to users.
- **System Adoption**: Drive system adoption and user satisfaction, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

**About you**
In order to be a successful applicant you will have demonstrated experience working as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or Administrator, within Agile/WAgile environments. You will also have:

- Project Management capabilities including managing projects of up to $75k, business process improvement and coaching the business.
- Experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS preferred.
- Stakeholder Relationships and Influence: Form productive stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
- Decision Making & Judgement: Identify and consider options in a calculated manner to guide decision-making.
- Digital and Data: Use digital technology and data safely and securely to undertake tasks, analyze information, and improve operational outcomes.
