**The Role**
As a Division Manager you will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the division along with workshop processes and the provision of services that support the manufacturing and field maintenance of Remote Power Systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for divisional performance including budgeting, periodic forecasting, and delivering reports to senior leaders
- Co-ordinate resources, schedules, and activities to effectively manage the delivery of projects
- Negotiating and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
- Management and expansion of the workforce to insure retention and recruitment of a skilled workforce
- Managing the implementation of health, safety, and quality assurance programmes in line with company policies, procedures, and ISO accreditation
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**
- Electrical engineering degree, electrical trades certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience within energy, industrial, commercial, or manufacturing industries
- A background as an operations manager, project manager, or similar with sound business acumen
- Effective people management skills with previous experience developing a successful team
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
