**The Role**
We are looking for a mature and passionate sales person to work at our Swatch pop up store in QVB, Sydney on a part-time basis and promote the brand by achieving sales targets, delivering impeccable customer service and developing client relationships. The incumbent be required to work a total of 16 hours/week across Tuesday (10:00 am - 02:00 pm), Wednesday (10:00 am - 02:00 pm), Thursday (10:00 am - 02:00 pm) and Friday (10:00 am - 02:00 pm).

**Responsibilities**
- Make sure the highest level of customer service is being upheld at all times
- Work towards team sales targets and KPIs
- Help develop client database through strong sales
- Daily merchandising
- Organisation, refill and storage of back up stock, merchandising material, product packaging, instruction booklets and warranties
- Attend regular training

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working within retail sales
- A passion for the Swatch brand
- Highly developed and proven customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm
