**The Role**
This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the sales, management, operations, customer service and leadership of the team. The key to this role is to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times and to motivate and train the team to meet sales budgets each month. General administration, merchandising and stock control also falls under this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is being upheld at all times
- Monitor targets for the sales team and ensure they are achieved whilst motivating staff to maximise their performance
- Support the Store Manager with the operational tasks of the store including rostering, staff training, inventory planning and problem solving in the store
- Support the Customer Service area and ensure all staffing, escalations and operational issues are handled correctly

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working within retail sales
- Proven staff management experience
- A passion for the Swatch brand
- Highly developed and proven customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm
