Smart Box Archive Systems is a comprehensive archiving company that provides logístical solutions for schools throughout NSW.

Smart Stack is a unique storage and archive system that allows companies to access on site records in minutes. The modular stacking system alleviates the need for shelves or racking and maximises available storage space.

The software we use is an indexing record management database, to assist the schools with locating while having easier access to important documentation. It has also inbuilt destruction schedules which shows which records are obsolete. We destroy these documents as well on behalf of our clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team for a data processing role. You will be working mostly independently driving to different schools in the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Your main duties will include:

- Sorting, organising, processing and data entry at the school premises.
- Utilizing and selectively employing a variety of different retention schedules.
- Picking up documents from new clients and installation of systems.

The successful applicants will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Fast typing speed and accuracy
- Good eye for detail.
- Good grasp of basic computer skills
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Working with Children check (provided if not already obtained)
- Police Check (provided if not already obtained)
- Fluent English and well presented.
- Ability for physical work.

.Fulltime role for someone that is prepared to commit for at least 12 months

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
