**THE COMPANY**

Our client is a world leading global financial services provider who are helping make the world more resilient. They are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator who loves all things admin and recruitment to join their small close knit, consultative, collaborative team of 5. Based out of their lush, stunning offices in Barangaroo with the opportunity to wfh a couple of days a week. They have a fantastic office culture and this is a truly exciting opportunity to join a great business.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Head of HR and working closely with the rest of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing effective coordination and HR administration services across all departments including owning most of the recruitment function. You will manage all admin processes end to end including contract generation, reporting, compliance and any amendments to letters. As you will be working closely with the HR team you will also be required to provide assistance with any projects or initiatives driven across the business.
