As a Clinical Care Coordinator you will be responsible for caring for our residents and ensuring their needs are met on a daily basis in a 60+ bed residential Aged Care Home.

What we are looking for from you:
- Up to date Vaccinations (Covid and Flu)- Current (AHPRA) and Australian work rights- Experience managing the Clinical Risk and Quality Outcomes of your residents under the Clinical Governance Framework- A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.- A sound understanding of person centred and relationship-based care principles.- A fabulous caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy with older people
