Retail Inventory Manager - rebel Highpoint

You'll be responsible for inventory control, stock integrity, and problem-solving, while leading by example to keep shrinkage low and team energy high. Role Details:
Newly created position, one of two Inventory Manager roles
Tuesday to Saturday schedule, providing your days off when needed

As an Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Inventory Manager), you'll lead a team to ensure excellent back-of-house operations, strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimized shrinkage to maximize store profitability. To succeed, you should have:
Retail management experience
Solid understanding of inventory control
Leadership skills to set an example and deliver top customer service
Training and results-oriented skills
