As an Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Inventory Manager), you'll lead a team to ensure strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimized shrinkage to maximize store profitability. To succeed, you should have:

  • Retail management experience
  • Solid understanding of inventory control
  • Leadership skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Training and results-driven skills
