About the Role
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our Essendon Ford dealership. In this role, you will guide customers through tailored finance and insurance solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with our sales team to maximise every opportunity while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing personalised finance and insurance solutions to customers
Meeting sales and compliance targets
Maintaining accurate documentation and records
Building strong relationships with customers and team members
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance (preferred)
Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Knowledge of finance, insurance, and lending regulations
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
