Our clients are the owners and operators of major infrastructure that is critical to our community.- Based in the Illawarra, Ventia's 'NSW Industrial' business group provides a range of contract maintenance and miscellaneous services work for a variety of clients; including our longstanding BlueScope at the Port Kembla Steelworks.**About the Role**
- A position is available for a SHEQ Advisor to join our team working across the Heavy Industry in Port Kembla. This position is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday.**Benefits**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively implement the Ventia health and safety management system, procedures and support others to do so
- Actively develop and maintain effective working relationships within the safety team, and with Ventia and client management, staff and subcontractors
- Lead audits, incident investigations and actively drive SHEQ Improvement strategies

**About You**
- Cert IV in Work, Health and Safety
- ICAM Investigation Training or alternative Investigation Training
- White card and Driver's License
- Experience within a similar industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
