Embrace a pivotal role in early years education as our Educational Leader (multi-site, East). If you're a bachelor-trained early years teacher passionate about leading, inspiring, and fostering collaboration, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As an Educational Leader, you'll oversee geographic clusters of our services, harnessing your leadership skills to inspire teams across various locations. You'll champion the importance of early years education, transforming perceptions and making learning both visible and impactful. This role will support our Baw Baw and Bass Coast services, with the potential to include Gippsland Coast services.

Your role goes beyond managing—it's about sparking motivation and fostering a sense of professionalism in the sector. You'll drive change, not just within your teams and services but across the wider early years education landscape.

Y Kinders is built on collaboration, and you'll receive comprehensive support from our shared services teams and pedagogical coaches and leaders. You're not alone in this journey; you'll be part of a dedicated network working together to shape the future of early years education.
