**The role and what we are looking for**

Our Change and Communications team are looking for a Change Support Officer to support the team with change activities and understanding the change impacts of software releases and implementations for the business. In this role you will liaise closely with various stakeholders to coordinate activities that ensure effective change management of initiatives and deployments.

Duties & responsibilities include:

- Provide end to end support for assigned changes using the change management framework and change management techniques.
- Conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and assess current state to inform change planning and maximise the ability to demonstrate positive post-change impact.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of internal communications, and communicate regular progress updates to affected stakeholders on changes that are in progress.
- Determine change impacts for each software release through collaboration with Business Analysts and analysis of backlog in scope items.
- Act as backup support to the team for changes, technical deployments and internal communication activities.
- Understanding and experience in change management activities including change impact assessments is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders across the business
- Experience working in a shared services or financial services environment (or similar) is preferrable
- PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is highly valued
