Cricket NSW is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state.
We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs.

Responsibilities
Apply Cricket NSW's established performance analysis frameworks to deliver consistent, accurate, and standards-aligned insights.
Provide high-quality, targetted performance analysis to coaches and players across elite female programs, including match coding, statistical reporting, and video breakdowns.
Conduct comprehensive opposition analysis to guide team strategy, tactical planning, and match preparation.
Work closely with coaching staff, athletes, Head of Female Elite Cricket, SSSM and the wider analysis team to ensure analysis is integrated into planning, review, and development processes.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies in sports analytics and recommend tools that can elevate Cricket NSW's performance analysis capabilities.
Qualifications
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Professional curiosity and innovated thinking
Demonstrated experience working as a fulltime Performance Analyst in high performance sport for 2+ years.
Deep knowledge of tactical and technical elements of cricket
Proven experience with management of performance analysis equipment.
A current drivers license and own vehicle for transportation of equipment
