The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for Centre Manager at either of our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team.
This is a full time position.Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day to day operational running of the site.
This permanent full-time role will be provide you with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.
Role responsibilities Production Workshop Management:oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management:ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Customer Service and Stakeholder Management:provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration:ensure the site is operating profitability.
Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.Leadership and People Management:oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
