We are currently seeking a Dock Assistant to join the team at our Arncliffe Head Office and contribute to our continued success.

In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various warehouse & mailroom activities. This will include receiving and distributing Head Office supplies and packages, as well as the dispatch of store consumables and fixtures.

**What you'll do**
- Collecting or delivering packages to & from depots, suppliers or customers as required.
- Unpacking, checking and receipt of deliveries
- Processes out-bound mail and packages & assisting internal staff with mail services as required.
- Distribution of stock, consumables and supplies equipment etc. to stores
- Coordination of courier collections and completion of manifests
- Occasional heavy lifting of boxes, up to 20kg
- Maintaining inventory records
- Securing the dock by performing opening or closing duties as scheduled
- Processing of customer returns

**What will make you successful**
- Previous warehouse or mailroom experience is highly desirable
- A current and valid driver's license
- Well organised, with proven attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously using own initiative.
- Basic skills in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the internal team and external stakeholders
