Based at our manufacturing site at Botany, the Quality Assurance Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the high Quality and Food Safety standards are upheld & adhered, with a particular focus on sanitation of the plant.

Key responsibilities include:
- _**
- Accountable for the review, development and updating of the quality and food safety procedures and standards in collaboration with both the Quality and Food Safety Managers
- Ensuring all documentation relating to quality in the plant is current and updated
- Ensuring the plant meets all required quality and food safety laws, regulations and Kellogg corporate policies
- Working closely with the Quality and Food Safety Managers in the preparation for internal and external quality audit
- Assists in conducting daily and monthly sanitation and GMP audits
- Ensuring quality assurance standards as maintained by all raw & packing material suppliers

Skills, experience & attributes sought:
- _**
- Degree qualified in Food Science/Technology or related discipline
- Previous experience in either a quality assurance, food safety or production roles is ideal
- Ability to manage effectively a range of different and often competing tasks
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills - at all levels
- Strong aptitude for systems
