Exciting opportunity to join a leading homewares brand with a strong respect for the power of Performance Marketing.

Driven by data analytics, your role is to develop and execute the PPC strategy for the entire business, covering e-Commerce and the retail stores. You'll cover Paid Social, SEM and Native Ads across Google, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and other emerging channels, using your deep knowledge to optimise traffic and engagement. You'll develop and manage relationships with key vendors, collaborating with them to build best practice and keep abreast of the latest trends and technology. You'll also work very closely with a specialist SEO/SEM agency, overseeing and project managing their work. The role involves lots of internal stakeholder management - working with IT, eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure project and strategy alignment, and you'll also liaise with senior management who have a real passion for this space. The plan is to build out this team further so you'll be able to extend your leadership skills across team management too.

You'll need at least five years' experience in Performance Marketing, with hands-on technical knowledge and the appetite to develop your strategic planning skills. You should have an understanding of bid strategies and audience targeting across platforms, an expert level of Facebook Business Manager and strong proficiency with tracking. You may have worked agency side or worked directly in an e-commerce or retail business, and will have an entrepreneurial, energetic approach.
