**About the role**
Big things are happening here at RACQ Insurance Our Insurance Product and Distribution team is rapidly growing; we are looking for a Product Advisor to establish themselves within a forward-thinking and dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager, this newly created role is ready for someone to take ownership of product processes and advocate for these activities, as part of Product BAU. Your role will work across a broad spectrum of tasks, with strong focus on product development, reporting, monthly market reviews, with a strong emphasis on product processes. Your key duties will include:
- Contributing to the development of features and benefits, content, and promotion of RACQ insurance products based on the results of market and competitor research and agreed strategies
- Researching and identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
- Working with key internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and initiatives specific to RACQ insurance product, promotion, and processes to contribute to achieving RACQ's Corporate objectives.
- Undertake qualitative and quantitative research and report on internal and external factors relevant to personal insurances products including issues and opportunities for RACQ.
- Take the lead and manage reviews, updates, and approvals related to the Design and Distribution Obligations.
**About you**
- At least 2-4 years within a relevant area
- Excellent communication skills including report writing, correspondence, and presentations including business graphics.
- Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills
- Research and analytical skills including lateral thinking ability
