We are looking to offer a Senior Vet Nurse the opportunity to spread their wings and grow in a leadership role. You would be supported by a fantastic Lead Vet, and our current Practice Manager (who is also our Area Manager). Plus, an amazing group of nurses and vets who want you to succeed.

As an experienced nurse, we would be turning to you to assist in the growth and development of our (amazing) junior team members. Your own development and professional growth would also be at the forefront. Let us groom you into the best leader you can be. We will give you the reins and trust you to make important decisions for our clinic, whilst providing you the correct support to empower you to do so.
- A certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification
- 5 years minimum veterinary nurse experience
- Empathy, compassion, and a willingness to provide gold-standard care
- A warm and friendly personality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- We are looking for a person with an eye for detail that is organised and efficient and has excellent time management skills
- Previous management experience desirable but not a deal breaker

We have a very low staff turnover. Only 2 resignations in the past 21months. Our current 2ic is looking to exit the industry (we all come to a crossroads in life). Our other resignation came from a vet who wished to move into Largies work (which we just don't do).
