We are looking for a **Salesforce (SFCC & SFMC) Consultant** for one of our clients in Sydney, Australia

**Short Description**:
Suppose your passion is to work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud. Then this role is for you.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- As primary marketing cloud administrator supporting the business function, we are looking for someone that has experience as follows.
- At least 2 to 3 years' experience in managing a SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud) instance in a BAU capacity, covering operational support, continuous improvement, platform health and maintenance activities.
- Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes.
- Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to articulate a concept to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions.
- Working knowledge of AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
- Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms.
- Mulesoft and Vlocity skills are good to have.
