Salesforce Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain marketing cloud configuration and operational processes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience managing SFCC and SFMC instances in a BAU capacity, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.
The selected candidate will support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, design and implement data extensions using AmpScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and manage campaigns across Marketing and CRM platforms.
The requirements for this role include:
- 2-3 years of experience in managing SFCC and SFMC instances
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of AmpScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
