This is a permanent, full-time role based in either Sydney Olympic Park, NSW or Hobart/Margate, TAS offices.

What you'll be doing
Support end-to-end payroll activities across weekly and fortnightly pay cycles
Collaborate on payroll-related projects and process improvements
Engage with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional service
Interpret enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and legislation
Ensure compliance with tax and superannuation regulations
Use payroll systems such as Chris21 and Dayforce, with intermediate Excel skills
Contribute to the implementation of our new HRIS system
What we are looking for
Eye for detail and commitment to compliance, with experience in a dynamic business
Customer service mindset; experience in fast-paced, high-volume weekly/fortnightly pays in a full-function payroll environment, with stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and legislation
Experience in tax and superannuation legislations
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to use various payroll and time & attendance systems (e.g., Chris21, Dayforce) and intermediate Excel
