Full-Time Office Administrator / Claims Officer - Smash Repair Industry

Location: Thomastown, VIC 3074

Workshops: 2 large-scale facilities

We are a well-established, large-scale smash repair business operating two busy workshops in Thomastown. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator or Claims Officer to join our team full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and process vehicle repair claims efficiently
- Liaise with insurance companies and legal teams regularly
- Maintain accurate and complete files for each repaired vehicle
- Manage general administrative duties related to smash repair operations

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the smash repair industry is a must
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Solid understanding of insurance claim procedures and documentation

Pay: From $33.26 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 60 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
