OUR CLIENTKnown for delivering high quality residential developments, our client has an exciting opportunity for a IT MANAGER to join their medium sized business and assist in their ongoing growth & success.Our client is known for their supportive & collaborative workplace culture, proudly treating each member in the team more than just a number.THE OPPORTUNITY:As an IT manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, management and seamless operation of the IT infrastructure.You will be responsible for, but not limited to:Strategic IT Leadership - develop & execute IT strategies aligning with the business goals.IT infrastructure oversight - Manage, maintain, implement & optimise the IT systems & infrastructure across the businessBudgeting & Cost Management - Develop & manage the IT budget, reporting back to key leadership stakeholdersCompliance & Security - Ensure compliance of all IT practisesVendor Management - Oversee external relationships, ensuring service quality & efficiency.Team collaboration - Lead training across the business, create & maintenance processes to promote a culture of continuous improvementABOUT YOU:You will have previous experience in a similar role (IT Senior / IT Manager) within the construction sector.Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role - IT Manager / Senior IT in residential construction.Excellent communication skillsProven leadership & successful management of IT systems in a similar role | Residential construction required.Excellent leadership skills - proven ability to implement, drive, motivate & trainAbility to foster excellent relationships with all stakeholders including ExecutivesTertiary qualification (desired)BENEFITS:Leading salaryTrue ability to join an organisation in a key leadership position.Ability to make your mark with a residential builderCentrally locatedJoin a builder that is proud of their company culture (& known for it)APPLY NOW FOR A CONFIDENTIAL CHAT.Please note only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
