**How will I help?**

As the Product Owner, you will be the bridge between the customer and the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Agile development team, managing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that it aligns with the overall product strategy. The Product Owner is accountable for getting the team to develop the right thing, while the team is accountable for developing it the right way.

You will develop a clear, compelling vision and roadmap that will bring alignment across stakeholders and the team, whilst delivering on value. You will be willing to challenge the status quo and enable a world class service quality.

To be successful in this role, you will bring an ability to execute on strategic priorities, articulate a clear vision as well as strong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to take an active role in delivery. You will have excellent relationship building and communication skills and an understanding of key Agile/Scrum concepts.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Provide expert advice and guidance to formulate and maintain GRC product strategy and roadmap that will support delivering key objectives.
- Help customers unlock business value and accelerate the adoption of GRC capabilities on ServiceNow.
- Tracking the delivery of the GRC roadmap against strategic objectives and adapting to address risks or priority changes to ensure the roadmap deliverables are met and key GRC Service objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with other product owners and key stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and support a coordinated delivery of product roadmaps and strategic plans.
- Prioritise the product backlog together with the business stakeholders and engineering to ensure the Agile team delivers the most value within the agreed time and quality.
- Creation of processes, policies, standards, and guidelines that ensure GRC products align to best practice, standards, and controls.
- Provision of consultancy and thought leadership across the Business divisions including the engagement and management of external experts.
- Sponsor team with key stakeholders and actively encourage professional development and innovative practices within the team.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, experience, education and/or expertise:

- Ten+ years' experience in a Technology corporate and matrix environment.
- ServiceNow IRM Product Expertise.
- Proven technical and business process experience in leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Ideally experience with AI/ML technology and preferably experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics products.
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Operational experience that includes working across a broad section of IT Services.
- Strong background in IT service delivery role.
- Tertiary Qualifications in IT, or equivalent experience.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- MBA, desirable.
