Servicenow GRC Product Owner Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled product manager to oversee the development and delivery of our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solution on ServiceNow. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring that the value delivered by the Agile development team aligns with the overall product strategy.

  • Develop a clear, compelling vision and roadmap that brings alignment across stakeholders and the team, whilst delivering on value.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to formulate and maintain GRC product strategy and roadmap.
  • Help customers unlock business value and accelerate the adoption of GRC capabilities on ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with other product owners and key stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and support a coordinated delivery of product roadmaps and strategic plans.
Requirements
  • Ten+ years' experience in a technology corporate environment.
  • Expertise in IRM on ServiceNow.
  • Proven technical and business process experience in leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Operational experience that includes working across a broad section of IT services.
  • Background in IT service delivery role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL v4 certification.
