**About the Role**

This role reports to the Wireless Construction Manager and will see you assist the wireless project team to deliver quality mobile deployment projects, across various clients.

This is a newly created role with the purpose of freeing up our field resources and improving the overall quality of our HOPs (Hand Over Packs) submissions to our client. You'll be responsible for compiling the HOPs and ensuring that they are accurate, complete and submitted to the client in a timely manner.

With a continuous focus mentality, your role will also see you communicating with our field teams to ensure that they complete the work, first time right to minimise/eliminate site revisits.

More specifically, the role will see you:

- Track the progress and quality of HOP submissions.
- Manage the client interface and reporting on handovers of artifact documentation.
- Chasing up clients for acceptance of sites.
- Communicating with our field crews to extract HOP data efficiently and right first time.
- Setting expectations of the field team to obtain accurate field data.
- Project and contract milestones management.
- Completion and submission of Handover Packs and project documentation to clients.
- Ensuring contract and internal resources are progressively completing the HOP submissions.
- Providing reporting on quality of submission to the project team.

**The Person**
- Previous experience working in similar completions/quality role OR as a project coordinator/project administrator
- Experience in Telecommunications industry and a good understanding of wireless technology - this might suit an ex Wireless Tech or Rigger looking to transition into an office role.
- Knowledge of the site handover process
- An understanding of contracts including risk mitigation, penalties, finance charges (not essential but preferred)
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills - someone who is not afraid to jump on the phone and be persistent in chasing up progress
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Great time management skills and able to meet deadlines
