Step inside our lively, theatrical taverna - where abundant Greek hospitality meets contemporary flair. During our **Careers Open Day**, you'll:

- Hear directly from leaders about what it's like to grow with us
- Get insights into open roles, training pathways, and our culture

**What We're Looking For** We're hiring for:

- **Section Waiters** - Confident, personable, and guest-focused, with premium dining experience.
- **Runners** - Energetic team players with great communication and hustle.
- **Bartenders** - Creators of beautiful drinks and great vibes, who thrive in a buzzing bar environment.
