Front of House Staff

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front of House Staff member to join our team at Rowers on Cooks River. As a key part of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional dining experience.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve problems and improve quality and service;
  • Assist in the opening and closing procedures as per company guidelines;
  • Develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items;
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and strive to exceed expectations;

Key Qualities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable;
  • A strong focus on customer service and delivering high-quality service;
  • A professional, friendly and approachable personality;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
