**Student Programs Coordinator**:

**About the Role**:
As the **Student Programs Coordinator**, you'll play a key role in delivering and enhancing student-facing programs such as the Student Mentor Program, Study Buddies, Connect, and the Number 1 Supporter Program. You'll manage the full lifecycle of these initiatives, ensuring they are well-promoted, efficiently run, and continuously improved based on student feedback.

This is a part-time opportunity - 0.6FTE

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote student programs across multiple communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging program materials
- Manage and support the delivery of student programs and platforms
- Liaise with Swinburne University to strengthen program partnerships
- Administer surveys and evaluate feedback to improve program outcomes
- Handle administrative tasks including Salesforce records and recognition gifts

**What We're Looking For**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification (UX experience or qualification is a plus)
- A strong commitment to enhancing the student experience
- Confidence in interpreting data and communicating insights
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams
